Owned and operated by Bob, Terry and Eric Spector of Palm City, they set out with a goal of creating fast fresh food for everyone. They named the shop after Eric's favorite movie, "Rocky", and they even have several sandwiches with movie character names such as The Adrian, The Balboa, The Apollo, and of course, The Paulie.
